HIGH QUALITY CASSAVA FLOUR PRODUCTION

High Quality Cassava Flour (HQCF) is a good alternative to wheat flour. Below are the steps in making HQCF.

Step 1: Wash and Peel your cassava
Step 2: Pack in a basin and send to teh cassava grating machine to grind
Step 3: Dewater completely as much as possible
Step 4: Spread on a clean, dry tarpaulin under the sun, especially on a sunny day
Step 5: When properly dried pack in a dry bag
Step 6: Send to a mill and grind to smooth powder.

That is the flour ready to make any type of snacks

Secondary Education for what?

I recently discovered that in SS1, students in some schools offer Data processing as a course and also Computer science as another course and this got me worried. Is Data processing not part of Computer science. I also observed that Fishery was made compulsory while Agricultural Science was made optional. Where are we leading these children to? Interestingly the textbooks used in the schools were government approved!!!

Come on! Why are we doing this at this point in time? I remember those days when it was fun to learn Woodwork, metal work, shorthand, typing, accounts, technical drawing. Everything seems watered down these days!! When will we get it right? When? When? When?
