Step 1: Wash and Peel your cassava
Step 2: Pack in a basin and send to teh cassava grating machine to grind
Step 3: Dewater completely as much as possible
Step 4: Spread on a clean, dry tarpaulin under the sun, especially on a sunny day
Step 5: When properly dried pack in a dry bag
Step 6: Send to a mill and grind to smooth powder.
That is the flour ready to make any type of snacks
